Returns Policy

You can shop with confidence because we will replace or refund an item, provided it is returned unused and in its original packaging and within 14 days of receipt.

However, amounts paid for workshop notes or fees, or any other items that are sent electronically cannot be refunded.

If an item is faulty, e-mail us and we will arrange a suitable replacement.

Returned Item Checklist

• All items must be returned within the specified 14 day period.
• The product must be unused and safely wrapped in its original packaging. Items not complying with this will not be accepted.
• You must enclose a copy of your payment receipt.
• If you receive incomplete items, or if an item arrives broken, please call us before arranging the return - we may be able to replace the item.

By following these simple steps you will enable us to credit returns promptly and safely.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
